Our Story
AR Programme & Planning was established to support organisations navigating the evolving demands of programme and project delivery within diagnostic and regulated development environments.
With more than two decades of experience across pharmaceutical and diagnostic sectors, we recognised a recurring gap: highly specialised initiatives often lacked programme leadership with the operational clarity, structure, and regulatory understanding needed to support effective delivery.
AR Programme & Planning was created to provide that leadership.
Today, we work alongside scientific, clinical, regulatory, and operational teams to ensure programmes remain aligned, visible, and progressing confidently towards key strategic and development milestones.

Anita brings a clear and considered approach to programme leadership, combining extensive experience with the ability to guide initiatives from early planning through to delivery while maintaining alignment across strategic, operational, and regulatory priorities.
